We are a platform of artisanal recognition.

Rojo Ancestral was born from the creation, not from a corporate office.

 

Before this platform, it all started with nails and tensioned thread, learning to recognize the value that exists behind a piece created with patience and dedication. Over time it grew as a family project driven by the connection with handmade art and by a history that was always surrounded by creativity, crafts and Mexican crafts.

 

Over time, what began with three people was transformed by connecting with more creators and creating this community.

 

By finding the scope that can currently be obtained to connect with people who value artisanal work around the world, it has been possible to revalue craftsmanship. From the recognition of authorship at all times to double payment for each piece acquired.

 

Today, we serve as a space where stories and creativity can connect beyond borders.

 

Our fundamental principles are:

 

Respect for authorship and recognition of the work.

 

- Recognize the craftsman or creator as the author of his work. Not as a supplier, but as a creator with identity and cultural heritage.

 

- Listen to needs and expectations. It is essential to know elaboration times, materials, stories behind each piece and personal vision.

 

- Promote the recognition of the name and community of each creator. Name of the craftsman or collective, the technique used and his place of origin.

Fair and advance payment

 

- Payment above the local price. Ideally pay double what the craftsman usually asks for, considering that they often sell out of immediate necessity.

 

- Pay from the beginning, not to consignment.
