This August 9, 2025 we celebrate 10 years walking alongside the true protagonists of our origin: the Mexican artisans.

To celebrate this anniversary, we present a very special collection:

Five hand-painted clay vases that portray scenes that are almost no longer seen, rural landscapes, communities at work, and moments of traditional life that have been forgotten or undervalued. Each vase is a unique work of art, signed by its creator: Marciano Vargas, master craftsman from Ameyaltepec, Guerrero, Mexico. He has dedicated most of his life (75 years) to preserving this type of painting, pieces that are no longer made because people do not appreciate them, despite the great cultural value they keep.

This special edition is our way of asking: Let's not forget our roots!

🌍 August 9: International Day of Indigenous Peoples

It is no coincidence that our anniversary coincides with such a significant date. August 9 also commemorates the International Day of Indigenous Peoples, who are the bearers of ancestral knowledge, unique craft techniques and worldviews deeply linked to nature, community and memory.

In Rojo Ancestral we celebrate with respect and admiration the original peoples of Mexico, whose wisdom is the soul of each piece.
